1. WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?

We work with courageous, fierce, fearless, ambitious female entrepreneurs who are ready to create consistency in their online presence that leads to positive results. Most of my clients are coaches, consultants, speakers, and good-ole fashioned hard working small business owners!

 

2. HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN BUSINESS?

The EB Influence Group has been in business for over 3 years. With full operation, as of 2015.

 

3. WHAT ARE OUR HOURS OF OPERATION? 

We are headquartered is located in New York City which is in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday with scheduled appointments Friday-Sunday.

 

4. WHAT IS YOUR WORK STYLE?

We love what we do, we believe in fostering a mutual and respectable relationship with all my clients. We want you to see us as an invisible partner and secret weapon. We work virtually, our communication is via email and online. Phone calls are acceptable and work best if scheduled in advance. Email is the primary method of communication required between Client and Consultant, unless client would like to be a part of slack workspace. However, Consultant is available for occasional phone, text or scheduled Skype, Zoom or Google Hangout calls during when appt has been scheduled, notified and confirmed with consultant.

 

5. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM INTRODUCTORY CALL?

In our introductory call, we get to know each other. It’s our opportunity to see whether or not we’ll be a good fit to work together. You will be given an overview of the company, and the wonderful services at your disposal. Your consult will determine what package or service will best suit your needs.

 

6. WHO DOES THE WORK?

All work is completed by The EB Influence Group. If client work increases the EB Influence will hire team members to complete task. All communication will be done through our CEO and client unless instructed otherwise.

 

7. WHAT SOFTWARE OR PROGRAMS DO WE USE? 

The EB Influence Group utilizes Microsoft Office Suite 365, Internet: Explorer, Google Chrome, Fire Fox, Adobe PDF, Google Apps, Aweber, MailChimp, Wordpress, Word Press, Square Space, Canva, Asana, Sumo, Typeform, Smarterqueue, Evernote, ICloud, Trello, Adobe, Photoshop, Twitter Insight, Google Analytics, Facebook Insight,, Instagram Insight, Indesign, Slack, Freshbooks, Wave, Zoom, Toggle, Co-Schedule, Hootesuite, Planoly, Buffer, and Grammarly. If you do not see something don’t worry our team is willing to learn and take training.

 

8. ONCE INTAKE IS ACCEPTED, HOW SOON CAN YOU BEGIN?

Clients can expect to receive an immediate response that requests have been received. We request that clients define the required start time of request. We will make sure while going over intake to respond 48-72 hours.

 

9. DO WE CHARGE FOR RUSHED JOBS?

Yes. Rushed requests are charged at an hourly rate of $75/hour. Rushed jobs are defined as request required within 2 to 4 hours of receipt of request or sooner. Nevertheless, more often than not, requests are completed and submitted within the same day that the request is received during business hours.

 

10. DO WE CHARGE FOR TRAINING?

Yes. At the demand of the client, any research, and/or training required in-order to complete a task will be charged against the client’s retainer hours.

 

11. DO WE HAVE CUSTOMER REFERENCES?

Of Course, why not. Your more than welcome to explore both Start and Client pages to view testimonies. We can also provide you with contact if needed.

 

12. DO WE HAVE A BACK-UP PLAN FOR ILLNESS?

Yes, if your assigned Virtual Assistant is sick, we simply ask that clients give a 24-hour recovery. However, in emergencies, we will reassign an Influence Specialist to manage and deliver assignments as contracted. All Specialist will be brought up to speed on tasks. In addition, our specialist has hands-on experience and are fully trained to manage request(s) and submit to clients in their absence.

 

13. WHAT MEASURES DO YOU HAVE FOR PROTECTING PASSWORDS ANd BACK-UPS?

Our PCs and Laptops have Anti-Virus, and Malware protection and our home-office internet is securely protected. We ensure that your data, passwords, and other information remains safe.

 

14. DO WE HAVE A CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT?

Absolutely, we believe strongly in a confidentiality agreement, so we’re all protected. If you have your own agreement or Non-Disclosure we are willing to submit.

 

15. DO WE CHARGE FOR EMAIL AND PHONE SUPPORT?

Email management and support is a service provided under our packages.  

 

16. HOW ARE INVOICES COMPLETED?

Invoicing is complete upfront. Payment is required prior to the start of services.

 

17. DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, we know that having a business requires trying to have the best budget effective, and costly services. The EB Influence offers 3 month or 6-month contract commitments on selected packages. Clients can choose between paying in full or making a 50% deposit at time of payment scheduled by a final payment 45 days after services have begun.

 

18. HOW IS PAYMENT RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED?

Invoicing is managed through PayPal. Clients should expect to receive monthly invoices on or around the first of each month throughout the duration of their contract. We accept, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

 

19. HOW DO WE KEEP TRACK OF HOURS?

The EB Influence Group manages time through time tracking system. Clients will be sent reports on hours as deemed necessary.

 

20. DO WE REQUIRE CLIENTS TO SIGN A CONTRACT? 

Yes. We require all retainer packages and services clients to sign and date a contract. In general retainer client contracts are offered at 3 consecutive month minimums.

 

21. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE WE START SERVICES?

Which we hope you do, you will receive my welcome packet, contract, policies, and an invoice for your package. We will also provide you with access to our client portal.
